For this project we were challenged with creating two vessels. One using the word "whimsical" and the second using the word "aggressive," all while experimenting with atypical materials. For my "whimsical" design, I worked with ceramic clay, rice paper, beet juice, and wire to create a candle holder. When the candle is lit in the floral form, a warm ambient glow shines through. My partner designed her "aggressive" fruit bowl using laser cut card stalk, spray paint, and wire.
